Titan Web Dev
About

One person, building sites that pull their weight.

Titan Web Dev is founder-led on purpose. You work directly with the person writing the code, not an account manager. Honest about cost and timeline, plain about what is realistic, and accountable from the first call through launch and after.

The drawing

Here is exactly how we build.

No founder headshot, no stock photography. This page is a working drawing of Titan itself: every part labeled, every number stated, nothing hidden.

Fig.01 / Titan, as built. Sheet 01 of 01.

The figure is a working engineering drawing of a website, with the header, hero, content, and footer labeled as parts. Three callouts mark Titan values: Build it right (custom, from scratch), Say it straight (cost and timeline stated, no asterisks), and Own the outcome (you hold the keys). A fourth note, No fluff, is shown struck out with stock decoration removed.

Central note

We build sites that do real work.

Fast to load, easy to find, and built to last. One person plans it, builds it, and answers for it, from the first call through launch and after. You get a real number, a real timeline, and a site that still earns its keep years from now. That is the whole drawing, no hidden lines.

The legend

Four values, no asterisks.

Not poster words. These are the callouts on the drawing above: how we quote, how we build, and what we tell you when the easy answer is not the honest one.

Build it right

Custom, from scratch, engineered to outlast the trends. No templates, no page builders, nothing you will have to rip out in two years.

Say it straight

Honest about cost, timeline, and what is realistic. If SEO will take time to show results, we say so. We would rather lose the easy yes than oversell you.

Own the outcome

Accountable from foundation to launch, and after. When something breaks or needs a change, you talk to the person who built it, not a queue.

No fluff

No buzzwords, no fake urgency, no padding the invoice. Just the work, done well and explained plainly.

Why speed

A fast site is lead generation.

Speed is not a vanity score. It is the difference between a visitor who stays long enough to become a lead and one who is gone before your page finishes loading.

Every second decides

Visitors judge a page in the first moments. As load time slips from one second toward three, the share who give up and leave climbs fast. Speed keeps them around long enough to act.

Faster pages convert

The same traffic turns into more calls, forms, and sales when a site responds instantly. You are not buying more visitors, you are wasting fewer of the ones you already have.

Google rewards it

Core Web Vitals are a ranking signal. A fast, stable page ranks higher, earns more of the right traffic, and feeds the same loop again.

So we build for it from the first line of code: beautiful, functional, and genuinely fast, with no bloat and no fluff. Just the markup, styles, and scripts a page actually needs, and nothing it does not.

Why founder-led
You ask the builder. The builder answers. The answer is the real one.

Most agencies stack layers between you and whoever does the work. Titan does the opposite. One person owns the whole project, so there is no one to pass the blame to and no gap for scope to creep into. That is how we keep our word on timeline and cost. The work is the pitch, and this page is a sample of it.

Talk to the builder

Work with the person who builds it.

Send a short brief and you get a clear plan, a rough timeline, and a real number back, all in writing. You talk to the person who would build it, start to finish.
