What we collect, and what we do with it.
We keep this short and honest. We collect only what we need to reply to you and run the site, we tell you what that is, and we do not sell it. Below is the plain-language version next to the formal terms.
This is a working draft and is not legal advice. It needs a lawyer review before launch.

This policy explains how Titan Web Dev handles the information you share when you use this site or contact us. If anything here is unclear, reach out and we will explain it in plain terms.
What we collect
Plain version: the details you type into our contact form, plus basic, anonymous numbers about how the site is used.
When you fill out the contact form, we collect what you give us: your name, your business name, your email address, and the message you write. We do not ask for anything we do not need to reply and scope your project.
We also collect basic analytics: aggregate information like which pages get visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what device or browser they use. This is statistical and is not used to identify you personally.
How we use it
Plain version: to reply to you, to scope the work, and to make the site better.
We use the details from your form to respond to your message, understand what you need, and prepare a scope and a quote. We use analytics to see what is working on the site and to improve it over time. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell it to anyone.
Cookies and analytics
Plain version: we use light analytics to count visits. You can block cookies in your browser if you prefer.
The site uses cookies or similar technology to support analytics and basic functionality. These help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when one is set. Some parts of the site may work differently if you turn cookies off.
Third parties
Plain version: a few trusted services help us run things (hosting, analytics, email). They only get what they need to do their job.
We rely on a small set of service providers to operate:
- Hosting. Our hosting provider stores and serves the site.
- Analytics. An analytics provider helps us measure site usage in aggregate.
- Email. An email provider helps us receive and reply to your messages.
These providers handle information on our behalf and are expected to protect it. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Data retention
Plain version: we keep what you send us only as long as it is useful, then we remove it.
We hold the details from your contact form for as long as we need them to respond to you, carry out a project, and keep reasonable business records. When the information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you. Aggregate analytics may be kept longer because it does not identify you.
Your choices and how to reach us
Plain version: ask us what we have, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email is the fastest way.
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also opt out of any non-essential messages at any time. To make a request or ask a privacy question, email us at [email protected] and we will get back to you.
Changes to this policy
Plain version: if this changes, we will update the date at the top.
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Significant changes will be made clear on this page. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current version.
