On either plan, the site is hosted and managed by Titan. You are paying for a running, maintained site, not a one-time file drop. On the subscription, service pauses if you cancel.
12-month minimum term
Both plans carry a 12-month minimum (the subscription, and the one-time plan's hosting), then go month-to-month. On the subscription, this is the trade for no upfront cost; it spreads the real build labor across the year.
